You might want to use this
US Dept of Labor supported website.

http://online.onetcenter.org/find/

How to use:
First, find your job family description.
There will be a pull down box for selecting.

You'll find extensive job descriptions and
data on US salaries. Highly recommended.

Robert

I haven't had to do a recovery on a Vista OS, thank goodness. But I've done it on a Gateway with XP. First, you need to realize that it should be a last resort. You don't say why you're doing it but assuming it's absolutely necessary, what I did on XP is just insert the first of the recovery discs and follow THOSE steps. That's the system telling you how to do it. Too often, the instructions on-line leave out a step and no one actually goes through and does them to make sure everything is a hundred percent. Good luck!

It might be why some are doctors, some are teachers, some are computer techs. We each have a skill that we excell at, and what might be a stupid question to you, isn't to someone asking for help.

Ugh. Those stupid people ruin it for everyone else. I hate calling for customer support.

I only call after I try everything. Then when I call they tell me to try everything I've already done. I ALREADY TRIED THAT DAMIT! It's just annoying that they treat me like I'm stupid when I've told them I've already tried everything. I especially hate when they can't even help me "Oh well I guess your going to have to fill out a form and in a few days" OH YOU MEAN IN A FEW MONTHS AFTER I SELL THE DAMN THING!............ Oh sorry. Look what your question has brought me. Thanks for making me mad over nothing.. Ok think happy thoughts..... AND LEARN ENGLISH DAMN IT! .... Oh, sorry lol...

Hmm I'm not sure, I don't think I have gone stupid, but I know that customer support is not usually the sharpest crayons in the box, otherwise they would not be working customer support.

Why would they call if they knew what they were asking, I mean if you work as a customer support person it's your job to explain things to people that don't understand.

Answer mine, please? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AlWCY5zy4WQaNGLsCFrqUGXsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20080425220002AApRZJv
