Question by John M: Why Doesnt Google Have Any Customer Support?
I know Google has those Help groups, consisting of people from the public, and that help section, with the help topics at google.com/support. But non of it is actual real person google help. I couldnt find any email address to email them for help iether? And there phone number is just a computer!!! Is there a way to actually talk with google, via email or phone?? Cuz my problem can only be fixed by someone at Google.

It has to do with a program they feature, Google groups. And i need to talk to google for it.

I can’t download google earth for some reason, just the setup, and even though it says I downloaded google earth, I can’t find it anywhere on my computer. I can’t find anyone to help
