As much success as I’ve had dealing with offshore call centers, I’d guess there’s a chance that companies who care about customer service might bring much of that work back from overseas. But I don’t think I’d go into it now, expecting to have a reliable job for my career

How can a teen (if possible) get a at home job doing customer support/service? Is there any legit companies that you know of that could use my help? Also, is there any other jobs similar to this that teens could do?

It is not common for teenagers to work at customer service locations, most places like that require some sort of experience and at least a high school education. I suggest if you are interested in working in customer support get a job in retail and gain some experience and finish at least your high school education.
