Question by Sue B.: Do you need a degree to work at a computer tech support job?
My boyfriend knows everything about computers and is practically a computer genius. But he works at a crappy factory job. He wants to get a job dealing with computers. Does he need to get a degree first? Or can he just go to computer repair shops or pc/tech places in town and look for jobs there?
