Question by wolves2003rk: Why can’t I buy Guitar Hero songs online for Wii?
I purchased Wii points to buy more songs online and it asks me to enter my Unique Owner ID. How do I create an ID? I created, what I thought was an ID when I first put the game in and it asked me to create an online profile. I have Guitar Hero 5 and I am trying to buy a pack of songs from Guitar Hero World Tour. Here is exactly what it says:
You entered an invalid Unique Owner ID that is not recognized for Guitar Hero World Tour. Please enter you Unique Owner ID again. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact Activision Customer Support.
ENTER NEW UNIQUE OWNER ID
CANCEL
Can anyone help me? How do I create a profile if I haven’t already? I would prefer not to call Activision and probably be put on hold. Thank you.

I was just recently playing Call of Duty on my 360 when all of the sudden i hear a noise on my xbox 360 console and my xbox kicks me out of call of duty so i restart and i turn it back on and it still kicks me out and i open the dis trey and I see a HUGE scratch on the disc it wasn’t even my fault and i want a new copy of call of duty is their anyway i can do that? Ive tried xbox customer support and they didn’t help me at all and Ive tried activision customer support and it is so far away all i hear it static an it pisses me off I want a new copy can anyone tell me how to exchange this old copy without going to the store where i bought it from because i got my disc as a present.
oh and P.S my X box 360 was laying plat down on a flat table and it has never been moved while it’s on.

I have a WGT624 v4 NetGear router and Im having trouble hosting Coop games in CoD World at War. PortForwarding.com does not have a guide for my router. I used the guide for the next one down and it doesnt seem to work. Activision customer support is no help. Can someone please direct me to a website that is helpful or share their supreme and unquestionable knowledge with me?

Answer by Chris S WGT624 manual knows all.
1. Go to http://www.routerlogin.net
2. Type in admin as the username and password as the password
3. Click on Port forwarding/port triggering
4. From here setup port forwarding or port triggering as per the guides at portfowarding.com
Update: Ah, v4, not v3. Ever heard of RTFM? Might be helpful in this case.

I have found the “contact us ” forum on their website however when i press the drop down menu and select “customer support” it redirects to me to a community forums page!!! I cant find their support email address anywhere – i need to make a complaint/

me exposing activision because their support is terrible. I got de-ranked on cod 4 and they dodged all my questions or answered really badly and even gave me modern warfare 2 links. It was all terrible from activision and I am disgusted at how they treat their customers when it comes to support.
